Climbing the Corporate Ladder for 10/28/2015

A few months ago, we introduced the Industrial Athletics benchmark WOD “Climbing the Corporate Ladder.”  This was the second benchmark WOD we introduced this year.  For the first half of the year, we programmed “The Industry” on the last Wednesday of every month.  This gave everyone a great chance to track progress from month to month with a longer MetCon with a lot of different movements of varying complexity.  We will be switching now to “Climbing the Corporate Ladder.”  This MetCon is shorter and consists of only 3 movements.  Not as complex as “The Industry,” this WOD is more of a sprint.  Push hard.

Make sure you record your scale and time so that you can track your progress next month.
