A few months ago, we introduced the Industrial Athletics benchmark WOD “Climbing the Corporate Ladder.” Â This was the second benchmark WOD we introduced this year. Â For the first half of the year, we programmed “The Industry” on the last Wednesday of every month. Â This gave everyone a great chance to track progress from month to month with a longer MetCon with a lot of different movements of varying complexity. Â We will be switching now to “Climbing the Corporate Ladder.” Â This MetCon is shorter and consists of only 3 movements. Â Not as complex as “The Industry,” this WOD is more of a sprint. Â Push hard.
Make sure you record your scale and time so that you can track your progress next month.
