We are getting close to New Years. Remember, we will have a regular schedule this Saturday (no Yoga), closed on New Years Day, and another Open Gym on Monday the 2nd.
We told you on Tuesday that we are hitting some uncommon lifts this week. In the general fitness community, the bench press is anything but uncommon. However, here in CrossFit, it isn’t seen very often. A great lift to develop power in our chest, shoulders, and triceps. Use those “pushing” muscles.
