Box Jumps and Thrusters for 8/31/2016

Today’s WOD is the WOD of the Month for the August’s Athlete of the Month, Laura Wohar.  She said she likes thrusters.  We trust that 50 will satisfy her thruster desires.  If you don’t know Laura, get to know her a little more HERE.
