May is Here!  Make sure you stay tuned in May.  We have some exciting things coming up:  Social Event, Local Competition, Memorial Day WOD, and more.

The beginning of the month also means a new Fundamentals Class.  If you see a new face, make sure you give him/her an Industrial Athletics welcome.

Today’s WOD is Cindy.  A classic named WOD from CrossFit, this WOD is all bodyweight.  The beginning may seem easy.  However, the WOD lasts 20 min.  So, make sure you pace for a long one.

CrossFit Alloy WOD for 5/2/2016:

AMRAP 20 Min:
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats

Squat Mobility
Lying wall squats
Pole squats

    3 pull-ups (Banded)
