All CrossFit Classes and Yoga are Cancelled for 1/31/2015

Because we will all be in Fairmont, WV at the 2015 Winter Chiller competition, all CrossFit classes are cancelled for today.  If you are able, please plan to come down to Fairmont to cheer us on.  This year, we have Jake, Melissa, Carrie, OB, Victor, and Matt competing.  This will be the first competition for Carrie and OB.  The competition was well organized and exciting last year.  CrossFit Intense always holds the event in the Falcon Center on the campus of Fairmont State University.  Here is the address:
