CrossFit WOD and Yoga for 5/5/2015

We will be buying new flooring for the gym this Saturday.  In total, we will be buying 32 sheets of rubber flooring similar to 4x6ft sheets that are laying around the gym.  They are heavy.  If you are able to volunteer some time to move the sheets from a truck to our freight elevator, and from the elevator to the gym, that would be really helpful.  We probably need you for about 2 hours in the morning.  If you are able to help, please contact Coach Matt at info@industrial-athletics.com.  Thanks.

We are starting the Strength Program for May today.  The first lift of this month will be overhead squats.  In tandem with our squat snatch skill work this month, we will be building our overhead squat strength and our squat snatch skill in hopes of increasing our one rep squat snatch that we will test later this year.
