The weekends don’t mean rest time at Industrial Athletics.  Just the opposite.  Saturday mornings are one of our busiest mornings of the week.

Min 2: 4 Squat Cleans
Min 3: 3 Squat Cleans
Min 4: 2 Squat Cleans
Min 5: 1 Squat Clean

11:00am – Regular CrossFit Class
