Did you miss something last week that you wanted to do at Industrial Athletics?  Come to Open Gym.  Open Gym is your time to come to IA to do what you want to do.  Need to establish your 1 rep Split Jerk for the monthly challenge?  Come do it at Open Gym.  Need to find a 1 rep max lift that you missed in September?  The strength cycle for the next few months will be based on a percentage of the max lift number, so come to Open Gym and move some heavy weight.
