This month’s CFE was planned for this Saturday, Oct 22nd. However, because of a missed previously scheduled event, we have to reschedule to Sunday the 23rd at 10am, during Open Gym. The CFE will concentrate on split jerk technique in an effort to achieve a 5lb PR.
