Death by Wall Balls for 10/21/2016

Just a reminder, the CFE on Split Jerks has been moved to this Sunday at 10am.

It is time for a death-by.  What is a death-by?  Well, on minute 1, you do 1 rep.  On minute 2, you do 2 reps.  On minute 3, you do 3 reps.  And so on until you can no longer complete the number reps corresponding to the minute.  We can “death-by” almost anything.  So, why not wall balls.  How far will you make it?
