Double Unders and Front Squats For 3/21/2017

Ready to do some double unders?  Those who are proficient at double unders will excel today.  Cranking out 500 will take a matter of several minutes.  The goal of today’s WOD is to maintain consistent double unders while not being distracted by the front squats every minute.
