We are starting a new month, so that means new heavy lifting movements for focus. Yesterday, we did a complex of Snatches as we prepare to test our 1 rep snatch at the end of the month. Today, we add deadlifts. We’ve been adding deadlifts to the programming lately in preparation for starting a heavy cycle.
