Max Effort Shoulder Press for 3/23/2018

Our two heavy lifts for this month have been the shoulder press and back squat.  Today, we are going to test our max effort shoulder press.  Perhaps the hardest of all the lifts, make sure you don’t cheat with your hips or feet.

Tomorrow, if you are not in the Open, plan to come to the gym around 11:00am for the Anniversary party.
