Open Gym for 3/20/2016

Thank you to everyone who came out yesterday for our Re-Opening Party.  It was a blast.

Today is our regular Sunday Open Gym at Industrial Athletics.  From 9am to 11am, you can come do what you want.  Need to do Open WOD 16.4. Come to Open Gym.  Need some extra work on those technical lifts?  Come to Open Gym and ask for some help.  Perhaps you need some work toward your 3 month goals?  Come to Open Gym.
