Open Gym for 3/26/2016

Don’t forget, we will be closed tomorrow.  So, if you still need to do the Open WOD 16.5, make sure you get it in today from 9am to noon.

Open Gym is a great time to come to Industrial Athletics and do what you want.  Need some work on your 3 month goal?  Come to Open Gym.  Need a kipping pull-up tutorial?  Ask Coach Matt at Open Gym. Need some extra work on your snatch?  Schedule a time during Open Gym.  Whatever you want to do, Open Gym is here for you.
