Open Gym is here again. Every Sunday from 9am to 11am, come to Industrial Athletics to do what you want. Did you miss one of the max effort lifts this past week? Make sure you come do it at Open Gym. You will need that max effort number in the near future as we continued strength work with percentages.
Have you achieved your 3 month goals? Open Gym is a great time to work on Muscle ups, double unders, and extra strength work to achieve that body weight back squat. If you need some work on your double unders or individual attention, we will be doing a double under tutorial around 10am today.
