We are half way through November. This is the last month for our 3 month goal challenge. How are your goals coming? If you still need work, come to Open Gym. Open Gym gives you a chance to work on what you want at Industrial Athletics. Do you have a goal to achieve double unders, pistols, a muscle up? Open Gym gives you the chance to work on that movement alone and get some extra coaching and help. If you missed a max effort lift this past week, get it in during Open Gym. We will be using percentages of those max efforts in the weeks to come.
