Open Gyms are one of our favorite days of the week. We open our doors to our members to work on whatever they want. Do you need to establish your Double Under goal for the month of September? Come try it at Open Gym. Did you attend the CFE yesterday and now your are ready to tackle your goal? Come to Open Gym. Maybe you missed some max effort lifts last week and need to establish some new numbers. Open Gym is a great time to make up missed WOD’s.
