CrossFit WODs and CFE for 9/10/2016

Today’s regular CrossFit Class will be our Continuing Fitness Education on Double Unders.  Yoga and Competition Class will remain unchanged.  Remember, Yoga is $5 for members and you must receive permission from a coach before attending Competition Class.

8:00am – Yoga 

9:30am – CrossFit Competition Class

WOD #1:
E2MOM 10 Min:
2 Overhead Squats (85%)

WOD #2: (There will be a scaled version of this WOD offered)
Run 800m
100 Pushups
100m Bear Crawl
Run 800m
50 Handstand Pushups
50m Handstand Walk
Run 800m

WOD #3:
5 Rounds for Time:
10 Cleans (155/105)
1 Legless Rope Climb

11:00am – CFE –

Separare your Upper and Lower Body and learn some rhythm.
