One of our heavy lifts for the month is Snatches . That means we will be testing our max effort Snatch at the end of the month. During the month, we will spend some dedicated time perfecting our snatch in hopes of hitting that PR.

Snatch Practice

E2MOM 10 Min:
1 Power Snatch (60-70%)
1 Squat Snatch
