Rowing and Burpees for 8/7/2017

The Fundamentals participants have graduated our Program and will be joining the regular class.  Make sure you welcome any new faces you see.

Today’s WOD starts with heavy deadlifts.  The MetCon is going to be a burner.  Row really hard and you will burn out before the burpee box jumps.  Row too slow and you won’t have a lot of time to do burpee box jumps.  For today, work on your pacing.  Pick a pace for the row and see how it affects you during the burpee box jumps.
