Snatch Practice for 5/29/2018

It is almost the end of the month.  Just a reminder, the June Fundamentals Program will start June 4th.

Today’s WOD is a skill WOD.  We will start with some heavy power snatches to work on our hip drive.  From there, we will do an accessory movement called a Snatch balance to help learn to drop below the barbell in a squat snatch.  We will finish by putting everything together in a full squat snatch.

Industrial Athletics WOD for 5/29/2018:

1. 10 Min to find 3 rep Power Snatch
2. 7 Min to find 2 rep Snatch Balance
5 Min to fin Squat Snatch
3. Every 90 x 5
1 Squat Snatch (80-85%)
