Snatch Practice for 9/19/2016

We are flying through September.  Before we know it, the cold weather will be here.  Make sure you are dressing in layers when you come to Industrial Athletics.  We will continue to run outside as long as we are able.

Today’s WOD is all about practicing the Snatch.  We are breaking the movement down into 3 parts and making it a little heavy.  Therefore, you are going to get skill work and strength work at the same time.

1 Snatch Grip DL (80% Squat Snatch)
1 Hang Power Snatch
1 Overhead Squat
