Sprints for 8/9/2016

Are you participating in the August Challenge?  This month, we are trying to reduce our 400m time by 2 seconds.  2 Seconds doesn’t seem like a lot, but in the realm of running, such an increase can be significant.  If you want to participate, but haven’t set your 400m time yet, talk with a coach.  If you have set your 400m time, be sure to attend the CFE on Saturday, August 20th at 9:30am where we will learn some sprinting skills and retest our time.
