Squats, Pushups, and Burpees for 3/3/2020

Pistols are our gymnastics movement for the month of March. We will be working on them all month. Today, we will test to see how many we can get in 1 minute.

In our Fundamentals Program, almost everyone does a variation of today’s workout that takes around 4-5 minutes. This is the grown up version!

Pistols (Max Reps in 1 Minute )

Metcon (Time)

3 Rounds for Time:

50 Squats

30 Pushups

20 Burpees
