TTB, Lateral Burpees, and OHS for 5/5/2016

Happy Cinco De Mayo Everyone!

As we move toward the weekend, everyone is reminded that Saturday morning classes are just like any other class, you must sign up.  If you are competing in the Battle in the Burgh, make sure you are signing up for competition class to get ready.  We will raise the cap on that class to permit all Battle in the Burgh participants if necessary.

Speaking of Battle in the Burgh, that is the next local Competition coming to Pittsburgh.  CrossFit Iron City the Strip will be hosting a 3 person team competition on May 21st.  We have 6 teams participating:  Matt/Mel/BG, Rachel/Courtney/Brandon, Stacy/G-Force/Laura, Julia/John/Carri, Dameka/Jim/Jack, and Kim/Andrew/Jen.  Please mark your calendars and reserve some time on the 21st to come cheer on our teams.

15 Toes to Bar
10 Lateral Burpees
5 Overhead Squats (115/105#)
