5 Rep Shoulder Press for 6/12/2017

It is the start of a new week at IA.  A reminder that we will be closed again this Saturday for the Patriot Games.  Coach Matt and Jen will be competing on a team of 4.  Come show them some support.

The MetCon today is heavy shoulder press as we gear up for a max effort attempt in a few weeks.  Be sure to work up to your true 80%.
