Running, Situps, and OHS for 6/13/2017

Do you see new faces in class from those who graduated our Fundamentals Program?  Be sure to welcome them and offer help if they are confused.

Today’s WOD will last 20 minutes.  Each round will start with a 400m run.  Be sure to set a reasonable pace on the first run.  This WOD is not over after that first run.  You want to try to make your last run just as fast as your first run.  The situps should be quick and easy.  Then you will have to really concentrate on the overhead squats when you are out of breath and your core is tired.
