Yup, that’s right, we programmed single unders in the RX version of the WOD today. After watching a recent video put out by CrossFit where some of the elite of our sport struggled with single unders, we thought why not give them a try. Pay attempt to the other movements as well. The bar muscle ups decrease by the end, but the power cleans increase. Think about the end of the WOD, not the beginning.
