50’s for 7/20/2016

The 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games are HERE!!!  For some of us, that means productivity is struggling.  We can’t stop watching.  For those who are new to CrossFit, the The Games are our Super Bowl.  Every year, CrossFit takes the best CrossFitters to California for a week long competition.  These men, women, teams, masters, and teens are the best of the best at general physical preparedness.
