Athlete of the Month WOD for 5/31/2017

Here we are, the last day of the month.  It is time for the workout of the month for our Athlete of the Month, John Mission.  Want to learn more about John, head over there.

Today’s WOD is pretty technical.  When WODs are this technical, speed can slow down because the skill level is not high enough to keep moving, or smaller muscles fatigue quickly forcing you to rest.  Pick a scale that keeps you moving.  The Double Unders and Muscle Ups will be the limiting factors.

Industrial Athletics WOD for 5/31/2017:

3 Rounds for Time:
45 Double Unders
20 Burpees
10 Bar Muscle Ups

6:30pm – Olympic Lifting with Forged Steel Weightlifting Club
