We are starting with some heavy back squat today. After that, we will work on some 1 arm DB Snatches. The athlete gets to pick the weight. So, if you want to start working on a heavier dumbbell, grab something heavier than you are used to. If you want to get lots and lots of reps, and spike your heartbeat, keep the dumbbell light.
