Back Squats and Sprinting for 11/8/2018

Everyone feeling more powerful in their sprinting? For the 3rd week, we are hitting the road fast and hard. During the previous 2 weeks, we sprinted first, then did another movement, then took a long rest. Today, we are burning the legs with some moderately weighted back squats, then hitting the sprint. Also, the rest will be shorter. Try to push through the sprint.
