Bar Muscle Ups for 10/19/2018

On October 8th, we worked on 30 Burpee Muscle Ups for time. That WOD was a variation of the classic CrossFit WOD 30 Muscle Ups for time. As CrossFit grows, so do the ability of CrossFitters. So, to update the old class of 30 MUs for time, we are increasing it to 50 Muscle Ups today. Also, they are all Bar Muscle Ups. So, protect your hands.
