BJ, WB, Dips, WB, BJ for 8/1/2017

It is the first WOD of August, 2017.  The summer is almost over.  Are you ready for the IA Team Competition?  If you need a little inspiration, be sure to come to our CrossFit Games viewing party this Sunday at 2pm.

Today’s WOD is a burner.  Try to move quickly through the various elements.  However, if you know the dips are going to be a challenge, make sure you break up the wall balls to same some energy in your arms.
