Our CFE for this month is dedicated to nutrition. The monthly challenge: eliminate one unhealthy thing from your diet. Diet and nutrition can be a very personal and confusing topic. On February 11th, we will try to clear up some of the confusion. If you have specific questions about your diet, tell one of the coaches so we can be sure to address your question during the CFE.
Don’t forget, today is also an Open Gym for those who want some extra work on their own goals.
