There will be no classes this Saturday, but there will be Open Gym on Sunday.
When you are approaching today’s WOD, think about the squat workout we had last week. If you struggled to do 10 reps at your chosen weight, take that into consideration when you are picking your scaling today. A bodyweight Back Squat is going to get heavy. You should be able to move the weight unbroken for the first couple of rounds and never fall below 5-7 reps at a time.
