Running, Dips, and CTB Pullups for 4/13/2018

We are increasing our sustained running distance today. Last week, we did several short runs with parking lot sprints and slightly longer runs with 400s.

For those working on our monthly gymnastics skill, challenge yourself on the scales today that have pushups.

Just a reminder to those volunteering their time to help a good cause, please fill out the MS Walk Waiver and get information in the main office.

There will be no class on Saturday.

Open Gym will be on Sunday.
