It’s been a while since we ran a mile or more. With this WOD being for time, don’t pace the burpees and box jumps too much. You want to be out of breath when you hit that run so you have to push through your mile.

Metcon (Time)

For Time:

30 Burpees

30 Box Jumps (24/20)

1 Mile Run
