Fran is For Time: 21, 15, 9 of Thrusters (95/65) and Pullups. In total, that’s 45 Thrusters and 45 Pullups. Just for some fun, we are going to change up the rep scheme and make it worse. First, we are adding weight to the thrusters. Second, we are adding weight to the pullups. The movements are the same, the reps are the same (in the end), but this WOD is going to feel completely different than Fran.
