Carol’s WOD for 7/25/2016

Well, the Games are over.  Every year, they get more and more exciting.  The CrossFit Invitational will happen this Fall.  Then, we are without the CrossFit Games until the Open next February.  In the meantime, our Open Preparation Programming is coming up in September.  Wow, time is flying in 2016.

Today is our Athlete of the Month’s WOD.  Carol Persin won Athlete of the Month for July 2016.  This workout was created because of the type of WOD she likes and picked from a list of movements she enjoys.  If you want to know more about Carol, check out her page:  HERE.

We are also testing our 1 rep snatch today.  If you are participating in July’s Challenge, this is your chance to add 5lbs to your snatch.
