It’s finally Friday and the last Friday of June. Remember, tomorrow is a team/partner wod at 11am.
Today, we honor our Athlete of the Month, Carri Stec. After winning this month’s award, she chose to program today’s wod. Anytime there is a combination of thrusters and burpees, we know it is going to be a tough one. Add road sprints, and this WOD becomes a cardiovascular nightmare. Also, keep the weight low on the thrusters, and now there isn’t any reason to stop moving for 3 rounds.
