Clean and Jerks for 5/9/2018

Don’t forget that we will have our Shoulder Seminar this Saturday at 11am.  This seminar is free to our members and will last approximately 1.5 hours.  We will learn about the shoulder, how to warm them up, prevent injuries, and heal ourselves if we suffer an injury.
