Competition Cindy for 5/8/2018

It seems appropriate that yesterday was a lighter skill today because today, we are competing.  The first Competition WOD for May is Cindy.  This also happens to be one of our benchmark WODs for the month.  So, make sure you push hard for those rounds and note your scaling.  One final benefit to this WOD:  if you complete 20 rounds in 20 minutes, your did the middle section of Murph coming up on May 28th.

Industrial Athletics WOD for 5/8/2018:

AMRAP 20 Min:
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats

If time is remaining:
Run 800m
