Cleans and Jerks for 4/17/2017

We are halfway through April.  The new CrossFit Fundamentals Program starts May 1.  Do you have a friend or family member who wants to start CrossFit?  This is the best way in Pittsburgh.

CrossFit Alloy WOD for 4/17/2017:

Every 90 Sec x 4:
1 Hang Clean (70-80% of Squat Clean)
1 Squat Clean

Rest 5 Min

EMOM 6 Min:
2 Clean and Jerk (80% of C&J)
