CrossFit Alloy WOD for 5/27/2014

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Competition on Saturday.  I speak for all of our competitors when I say it means so much to have you there.

CrossFit Athletics will be hosting its annual summer Competition on Saturday, August 9th.  Registration open June 1.  If you would like to compete, let Matt know.  He plans to register a number of people at one time.

June CrossFit Fundamentals will start on June 2, 2014, at 6am and 5:30pm.
