CrossFit Alloy WOD for 7/3/2014

There will be no Olympic Lifting class tomorrow, Friday, because it is the 4th of July.  We plan to make some changes to our Olympic Lifting class schedule starting next week.  Make sure you pay attention to the website for announcements.
