October is almost here. But, it starts in the middle of a week. So, the October CrossFit Fundamentals will not start next week. The first day for the October CrossFit Fundamentals Course will be October 6th. As with every Fundamentals Program, the October CrossFit Fundamentals Course will be 5 classes long. It will be M/W/F of the first week and M/W of the second week. Each Course graduate will then have a 3 day a week membership for the remainder of the month. Also, in October, we will be having our Industrial Athletics Halloween Party on October 25th. Please mark your calendars. It will be a costume party. More details to come.
