CrossFit Alloy WOD for 3/23/2017

This Saturday is the last week of the 2017 Reebok CrossFit Open.  We will have a cookout after the workout.  Everyone (not just those doing the Open WOD) is welcome to attend.  Make sure you are signing up on the main table.

If you are on an Open Team, and not able to make it Saturday, let us know.  If you are not on a team, and want to participate Saturday, let us know.
