In approaching today’s MetCon, try to go all out. Â Usually, we recommend conserving on energy on the Row. Â However, one you get off of the rower, the remainder of the workout is complimentary movements, meaning one will not necessarily fatigue the other. Â Plus, the reps are not super high. Â So, push the pace, and see how fast you can finish.
